He represented the Town of Hingham on the purchase of a private water company from Aquarion Water Company of Massachusetts for $110 million to be converted to a public water system owned and operated by the Town of Hingham as the Weir River Water System serving 13,000 customers.
He represented Buzzards Bay Coalition and Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust on the purchase of a 115 acre parcel for $8.1 million for permanent conservation protection on Allens Pond in Dartmouth, MA. This project involved a combination of public and private funding resulting in the largest conservation project ever completed on the coast of Buzzards Bay. He represented Buzzards Bay Coalition on the purchase of 68 acres on Cuttyhunk Island for $6.1 million for permanent conservation protection. He represented the Westport Land Conservation Trust on the purchase of 123 acres for the Santos Farm Conservation Project for permanent conservation protection. He represented the Fall River Redevelopment Authority on the sale of a 77 acre parcel for $3.7 million for the construction of a new one million square foot Amazon distribution facility in Fall River, MA which has created hundreds of local jobs.
